Evaluation Plan
Evaluation of the Ultimate Hotspot will include accomplishing the goals and objectives on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. All employees part time through management, will participate in meetings every six months to determine new goals and assess old goals and if they have been accomplished. These meetings will include participant and employee feedback through surveys and verbal feed back given after participation in programs. We will also utilize a comment box where participants can leave anonymous cards telling us what they think of their experience. These will also be reviewed weekly for immediate opinions.
